Born in Corpus Christi, Texas. His father was a Navy Pilot and stationed on Guam in 1967, and later retired on Guam. Graduated with Associate Science Degree from the University of Guam. President of Pacific Data Systems. Joined PDS in 1977 upon graduation. He considers himself very fortunate to have the opportunity to grow with the Company as it expanded and as he got involved in many different technologies. During the mid 1980's he helped the Company set up 7 offices throughout the islands of Micronesia as part of a project to automate the National and State government operations. Today PDS has operations in Guam, Saipan and Hawaii. He is a member of Bayview Baptist Church.
