Making Jesus Christ known so that every island may hear is the mandate of our Media Ministry - living and spreading the Word of God. The Media Ministry on the island of Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia impacts the island states and surrounding outer islands through its Good News Press, Studio, FM and short-wave tropical band radio.

Good News Press

On the island of Pohnpei, PMA's Good News Press produces Christian literature in a variety of Micronesian languages. Good News Press also provides quality printing services to the community, proceeds of which, wholly support on-going ministries of PMA. Aside from the technical training of our all-national staff, an important ministry to them is discipling and encouraging them to live consistent Christian lives and to equip them to reach out to others.

PMA Studio

Through its programs and production capabilities, the PMA Studio aims to stimulate the arts among young people and church groups in the Federated States of Micronesia. The Studio presently produces the "Protestant Hour" with national pastors which is aired in local radio stations. The Studio is committed to produce programs which are relevant to the island lifestyle and at the same time bridge the gap between the younger and older generations. Programs to include health and nutrition, home and family, and other programs that are wholesome and edifying. The Studio Auditorium "houses" the PMF Church’s Sunday Worship and other special programs. It is also used by the national and local governments, schools and community for a variety of programs such as training seminars, government and community meetings and conferences, graduation, recitals, operas, and others.
